i wonder if they fixed the engine sound effects, hope the bikes sound like real dirtbikes this time around. they did good on the first two mx games, mx unleash and mx vs atv. unleashed sounds are bad

no they had real looking real brand bikes that sounded good all the way till Untamed came out, then it went all down hill, now they better recover themselves this time around. this game better be as good or better than mx unleashed and MX vs ATV unleashed.

Had a chance to demo this @ E3 and it's fully legit! Super fun/real game play with amazing graphics! Hyped for this!

Ya The Bikes on untamed sounded like shit, like they recorded some shitty bike runnin on a dyno and then just looped the sound over and over again…And hopefully the physics are good, like unleashed was….

what i didnt like about on 'untamed' was that the graphics for the bikes were pretty gay, on 'unleashed' they had actual team graphics. also the numbers on the bikes on 'untamed' looked like crap. and i dont know if its any different on other platforms but on the PS2 all the riders helmets looked exactly alike but with a different name and color schemes. a bell needs to look like a bell and not a evs, and a thor like a thor, troy lee and so on

itll suck just like untamed did. All they had to do was keep the physics from unleashed and put new tracks and bikes but noooo they just had to "improve" it now the games suck and will suck from now on.

mx vs atv unleashed for ps2 for me was the best as far as tacking unique and technical lines in supercross. untamed was good to though cause it was more realistic. my hope would be for them to release remix games for each of these with all the same gameplay but all new tracks. the only thing keeping me from playing those games anymore is just cause the tracks get old. id absolutely buy a unleashed or untamed "track remix"…..make it!

I don't get why it's gotta have the sport buggies and trucks. Biggest waste of space on a game. atv's and mx bikes in the same game are cool with me but they need to ditch the other bogus crap. I mean trophy trucks? they have a game out for that and it also has buggies and rally cars( DiRT). hell i would rather them make a true career mode( 50's, 65's , 85's etc) . thats my opinion.

What does it take to be a sponsor of the game and get your brand posted in the banners or as hop-up parts, etc?
We could use some more exposure and business here for sure.

omg that game sounds amazing but i was wander if they made it posible 2 make your own tracks this is exacly what they need 2 add, some other games like jeremy mcgrath supercross 2000 you can make your own tracks and i still play that game 2 this day6 because of that

omg me and a buddy are addicted to mx vs atv unleashed not untamed ha! this is what we've been waiting for. a more realistic moto game!!!!! we were just talking about how they need to have real rough track features and be able to feel the ruts and choose fast lines! this is awesome lol thank god i have a PSP

the best career mode was in MTX mototrax, where you signed on sponsors and teams. but the physics in that game sucked compared to MX vs ATV.

hopefully the riders in this game dont look like fat goons like they did in untamed. there body positioning was horible.

hopefully this time the hop up parts will actually do something to the bikes performance, rather than just make the bike look different. The bikes should also be named their actual names like Honda and Yamaha; thats the way it was in MX untamed. Also they should take away the monster trucks and dune buggies (i have never found myself using them) and use the extra space for more tracks or a track design ability, like the CP version of MX vs ATV untamed.

if you play mx vs atv unleashed on a pc, it comes witha track editor. PC is the shit, cant believe they dont even make the game for it. they're gonna make it for f*ucking nintendo ds, but not a computer??

I thought MX unleashed was great, Mx vs atv was amazing, and untamed just shit the bed, hope this one is an improvement.. im stoked!!

I need a career mode with real bikes (like Unleashed), real Outdoor Tracks (like in Playstation's Supercross Circuit), and the ability to make your own track.
MX vs. ATV Untamed sucked, but I'm addicted to Unleashed! I hope this one is just as good Unleashed. A career mode though with hop up parts such as pipes, engines, suspension, and graphics would be awesome! Not some stupid story line like in ATV Unleashed 4

I like the physics in untamed. It did take me a while to become "good" at it, but I love playing it now. The only way I could see improving it would be with ruts forming and the sounds, and maybe a little more detailed bike set up. You need to play it online if your bored because some of those guys are WAY faster than the computer guys.

If they didn't change the physics then it's gonna suck balls just like the last one. They need to combine all the new sweet track deformities, ruts, and body movement, etc. with the old physics from the first two games.. I would dominate anyone in the world at the first two and that's a fact. I'm faster than the G.O.A.T. and Stewart combined on the first two games

I will most likely go out and buy it just to support my sport regardless. I just really hope they put some time into the actual franchise of SX / MX. A really in-depth career mode would be awesome.
I would like to see the actual stadiums they race/raced at the previous year, and get the actual Motocross National tracks on board like Millville, Freestone, Washougal, Glen Helen, Hangtown etc. They have the physics down pretty well and the terrain deformation should be a welcome addition, now they just need to step it up on the vehicle side with authentic machines like Gran Turismo series. Lose the dumbass hick Monster Truck/Buggy crap. They can have their own game for that.
Imagine being able to unlock some Old Maico's or full factory Honda 125 Elsinore from back in the day! That would just be funny and a nice little retro throwback into the history of our sport. Imagine after completing/winning career mode and getting selected for your country's MXoN team! Now that's something that would be kickass!

Im agree…In Spain most of people believe that it will be better a real MX & SX. The advantajes of the arcade game like MX vs ATV are…¿¿¿??? I dont know but If they make a real game, they will send it in USA, Europe and all the world because the MX lovers are waiting that game!!! Now, most of them decided not to buy an arcade game because it is sick!!!

yeah it sucks.. like when your on the gas and stuff in a straight away the throttle sound goes in and out and in untamed its so gay. when you are revving your bike off the start line when you take off the revs drop and the starts sound stupid. and unleashed had better supercross tracks. they were way more technical. i liked that better. it was more up and down like real supercross. untamed's tracks dont have enough little rythem sections

CAN'T ANYONE OUT THERE IN THE GAMING WORLD MAKE A TRUE MOTOCROSS Game for the FANS?????
I'm with most, I wish they would just make a MX game with REAL bikes including Hondas, Suzukis, Kawasaki's and Yamaha's,, even KTM's…And being able to pick or earn sponsors would be cool. I would love to race for mitch payton or larry brooks, or the red bull honda factory. Why not use the real tracks for outdoors and use the supercross schedule with 2 anahiem races and all that! And starting out as a privateer and earning your way to a factory bike/ride would be cool too! If they want to add other tracks, make them local tracks. And having the option to create your own track is a definite plus! Imagine being able to start a career on 50's as a little kid and work all the way up through 85's 125's and 250's to Pro having to race at loretta's and all that to get there! They are going in the right direction with ruts and tracks, but like it was said, LOSE the other rides like trucks and stuff!….LAME! I don't understand whats so hard about making a cool motocross game these days. And there aren't any options out there for current day games besides the mx vs atv series for motocross fans!

wasnt unleashed and the old games made by rainbow studio's? Now they are made by THQ? Im not for sure but I know Rainbow Studios is the shizzle at making moto games. I think THQ should leave it up to the pro's but THQ probably gave them an insane amount of money and bought there right's or something. The old games you could rip through the whoops and carry speed. Now you can't carry any speed or your front wheel over anything. It is pretty lame. Hope this game is more like the old but im guessing not.

seems sketchy that they didnt show any supercross tracks, just tricks and outdoor ones. go back to unleashed, look the direction you went towards untamed, and go the opposite way

because it’s a game and riding 1 thing constantly is boring and it’s fun to drive multiple things, I agree with the real bikes and tracks that would be cool, if there are trucks it would be nice to have the full view of inside the veichle just like in real life

Im the Travis Pastrana of MX vs ATV Untamed, im in the lead in a race then i crash, and occaisonally i win, but i do lots of backflips at the end of races (on multiplayer anyways), i am really good at free style, but i think they should but more bikes in the game like 150r's, or 125cc two strokes it would make the game more real, it also needs real tracks.

looks kinda cheap, graphics r ok but the bikes still sound like shit, the should take da sounds from unleahsed.
though they fixed the way whips r made its still not good enough.
im bummed they didnt add the real bike brands. hoppefully they will have the crf250r with the twin exaust or perhaps the 2010 crf 250 r

EA is smart. for skate they took in every pro for body movement, advice etc. The problem with THQ and who ever else partakes in making these games is that they do not take pros in to develop better ideas, realistic movements and insight into the world of motocross. The people that make these games are people that see motocross on tv. They are not people that are actually riding and experiencing what it actually is. There should also be another company producing motocross video games to further promote better game production.
